The learned counsel for the appellant addressed a letter dated 21.03.2018 stating that the matter has been settled out of the Court and instructed by his client to withdraw the appeal. Today, this appeal is listed under the caption for withdrawal and the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, permission is accorded and this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall be closed.
