Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings for respondent No.2, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent Nos.4 and 5. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. In this writ petition, the petitioners are questioning the action of the respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject properties situated at Amba Bhavani Temple Lane, Kothakota Municipality, Wanaparthy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that the official respondents are not interfering with the possession of the petitioners, and in case, if they need to do so, they will do it in accordance with law.

In view of the above made submissions, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the official respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners in respect of the subject properties, except in accordance with the procedure established by law.
