THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No.153 OF 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the petitioners herein pray that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not issuing epassbook to the petitioner on his application dated; 20.08.2018 in respect of land admeasuring of Ac.3-00 gts., under sy.no.72, situated at Mallapur village, Balapur mandal, Ranga Reddy District, is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, unconstitutional, and in violation of principles of natural justice, and also contrary to the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 and the rules made thereunder, and consequently direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 20.08.2018 after following the procedure strictly in accordance with law, and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

As the petitioner's application dated 20.08.2018 is pending before the Tahsildar, Balapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the 4th respondent, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider said application on its own merits and in accordance with law and take appropriate action thereon. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
