HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.86 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and proceedings dated 05.12.2019 were issued and for the purpose of seniority, the date of initial appointment in the cadre of Typist was given to the petitioner from 11.10.2001. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not given the benefit of revising his seniority in the next higher cadres i.e., Senior Assistant, Dy.Tahsildar and Tahsildar. In view of the above submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and issued proceedings dated 05.12.2019. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the proceedings dated 05.12.2019, he is at liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
