HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.V.SHRAVAN KUMAR WRIT PETITION (TR) No. 2874 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition (TR) is filed with the following prayer "to issue order directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to accord PRC-RPS2010 to the applicant and release all the arrears arising out of such revised pay scales of 2010 together with sanction and release of eligible leave from 17.04.2008 till date." 2.
Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad by order dated 09.10.2014, passed the following interim order:- "Pending disposal of the O.A., the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the applicant dated 02.07.2014 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that subsequent to the order dated 09.10.2014, respondent authorities issued vide Rc.No.437/GHS/SRD/2014 dated 25.10.2014, wherein the last para reads as under:- "The applicant has submitted a false statement that he is on leave from 17.04.2008 and he has reported to duty from that day and working in the post without any leave. He was also paid all the benefits eligible to him and hence there is no cause of action to be arised in the prayer of the applicant in the present OA. Accordingly the representation is disposed off."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the proceeding dated 25.10.2014, the cause in the writ petition (TR) does not survive and no further orders are required in the Writ Petition (TR) and prays this Court to close the writ petition (TR).

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition (TR) is closed. 6.
Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
