THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2, 3 and 4 of 2019 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.23 of 2019 COMMON ORDER :

I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are filed to permit petitioner No.2/A.2 to represent petitioner Nos.1 and 4/A.1 and A.4 respectively as GPA holder from the GPA. Hence, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019 are allowed. 2.

The petitioners are A.1 to A.4 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 3.

I.A.No.4 of 2019 is filed to permit them to compound the offences in C.C.No.285 of 2017 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.4 of 2019 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 in C.C.No.285 of 2017 on the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, are hereby quashed and the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 are acquitted. The bail bonds of A.1 to A.4, if any, shall stand cancelled.
