THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12620 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A3 in C.C.No.172 of 2015 on the file of Special Class Magistrate Court, Hindupur, Anantapur District. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of petition under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioners file the petition under Rule 37 of Criminal Rules of Practice, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
