HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.34 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.28650 of 2018, dated 18-09-2018. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed before the XII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpalli on 25-01-2019 and the same is numbered as C.C.No.296 of 2019. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
