When this matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioners submitted that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, petitioners are being continued in service, and in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents has also not disputed the same and submitted that the petitioners are continued in service.

In view of the fact that the petitioners are being continued in service pursuant to the interim orders of this Court, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
