The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents in not receiving the application of the petitioner for providing electrical connection by installing individual meters to the petitioner's plot bearing No.126 admeasuring 833.33 square yards in Survey Nos.11/30, 11/22, 11/20, 11/27 and 11/29situated at Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal and Municipality, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 03.12.2019, passed by this Court in W.P.No.26635 of 2019. A copy of the said order is placed on record. 3.

Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Telangana State Southern Power Distribution Company Limited, appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, appearing for respondent No.5, do not dispute the aforesaid submission. 4.

In view of the above, for reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated order, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to receive the application of the petitioner for providing electricity connection by complying with all the norms as required by the respondent - company. As and when such application is received, the respondent - company shall provide individual service connection to the petitioner within a period of four (4) weeks thereafter, and such service connection shall be subject to further direction that may be issued by the

State of Telangana or the Apex Court in the litigation pending before it arising out of the order dated 12.09.2012 in Writ Petition No.20407 of 2008 and batch.
