THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU WRIT PETITION No.14408 of 2015 ORDER:

The relief sought in the Writ Petition is as follows: "...........declaring the action of the respondents in interfering in petitioner peaceful possession of the said land in Sy.Nos.166 and 167, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the said land i.e., Sy.No.166 and 167 totally admeasuring to an extent of Ac.1.37 Guntas, situated at Laxminagar, Langar House, Hyderabad." Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) on instructions stated that the police are not interfering with the civil dispute of the petitioner. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
