The grievance in the writ petition is concerning the State Government service. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

2. Permission is granted.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
