HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.28 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: ".... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 as illegal, void and unconstitutional in demolishing any portion of premises bearing No.2-66/235/1, Gajularamaram Village, Quthbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District including the trees and gate without issuing any notice."

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if respondent Nos.1 to 4 are directed not to interfere with the subject property of the petitioner except by following the procedure established by law, the ends of justice would be met. Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the respondents would follow the procedure established by law.

Recording the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to interfere with the subject property of the petitioner in any manner except by following the procedure established by law.

As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
