HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.6478 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6308 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.539 of 2017 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.6478 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
