THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.489 OF 2019 ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents. 2.

This writ petition is filed alleging that the 3rd respondent is illegally calling the petitioner to police station and harassing him, without registering the crime and also by involving in alleged civil dispute.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, fairly submits that no crime is registered against the petitioner and police are not calling him to the police station. 4.

In view of the statement of learned Government Pleader, the apprehension expressed by the petitioner that he is being called to the police station, illegally, is not valid.

5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
