This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionersAccused Nos.1 and 25 to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.526 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate at Huzurnagar, Suryapet District, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 188, 353, 332 and 109 read with 149 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 7(1)(a) of Criminal Law Amendment Act, 1952.

Heard. Perused the record.

Though the petitioners have raised several grounds to quash the proceedings in the aforesaid case, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to direct the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Huzurnagar, Suryapet District, to conclude the process of trial expeditiously in the said calendar case. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Judicial First
