These writ petitions are filed to declare the action of respondents in not reimbursing the fee of the students admitted under the Convenor Quota (EAMCET) in the year 2014-2015 and the students admitted under Convenor Quota (ECET) in the year 2015-2016 to the petitioner institution and not permitting the online authentication of the students on the ePASS website as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to filing of the writ petitions, the respondent authorities have permitted the online authentication of the students through ePASS vide Memo No.574/Edn.A1/2019-2, dated 11.02.2020 and Memo.No.326/SCD.Edn.A1/2019-3, dated 20.02.2020 respectively, and as such, the grievance of the petitioners in the writ petitions stand redressed partly and does not need any further adjudication by this Court. 3.
Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
