HONOURABLE SRI J USTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2781 OF 2017 ORDER:
Assailing the action of second and third respondents in interfering with the petitioner's personal life and liberty by calling him to police station and pressurizing him to settle the civil disputes with the plaintiff in O.S.No.683 of 2015 and O.S.No.884 of 2014, the present Writ Petition is filed.
Learned Government Pleader obtained written instructions from the respondents, wherein the allegations of the petitioner that the second and third respondents have been repeatedly calling the petitioner to police station and making him to sit till 11.00 PM, and that the police are pressurizing him to settle the civil disputes with third parties, are all denied. The respondents also denied other allegations made in the writ affidavit. It is stated that present Writ Petition was filed apprehending that the plaintiffs in the aforesaid suits may approach the second and third respondents for taking action against the petitioner. In view of the submissions made by learned Government Pleader, no further orders are required to be passed in the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
