Petitioner, who is A1 in PRC No.7 of 2017 on the file of the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal, filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. 3.
