HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.11578 of 2010 ORDER:

Sri Damodar Mundra, learned counsel for petitioners 3 to 5, addressed letter dated 17.6.2019 to the Registry stating that his clients instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition was accordingly listed before this Court today under the caption 'for withdrawal".

Sri Mayur Mundra, learned counsel, representing Sri Damodar Mundra, learned counsel, reiterates this request in person. Perusal of the record reflects that the Writ Petition was already dismissed as withdrawn in so far as petitioners 1 and 2 were concerned. As the remaining petitioners in this case, viz., petitioners 3 to 5 now seek to withdraw the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in its entirety.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
