When the matter had come up on 11.12.2015, none appeared for the appellants and there was no representation on their behalf, and therefore, the matter was posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appeared for the appellants and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the appellants are not evincing any interest in prosecuting the case.
