This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.250 of 2014 on the file of the Station House Officer, Palavancha Town Police Station, Khammam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is granted.
