Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Ms. D. Vijayalakshmi, learned counsel holding for Smt. N. Shoba, advocate on record for the petitioner, at the outset, invited my attention to the interim order, dated 11.09.2012, whereby this Court, while disposing of WPMP./No.33132 of 2012, directed the 1st respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 29.06.2012, whereby the petitioner sought refund of the amount deposited by him. She is not in a position to state whether representation has been considered. In view thereof, I dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation, dated 29.06.2012, if not, disposed of already, within a period of twelve weeks from today with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, if it is adverse to him. If the representation has already disposed of, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings. In view of this direction, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition.
Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
