This appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 11.07.2014 in W.C. No. 66 of 2013 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV, T.Anjaiah Karmika Samkshema Bhavanam, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalath passed an Award dated 29.12.2016 and, hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the above submission, the C.M.A.(SR) is disposed of, in terms of the Award passed by the Lok Adalath. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ M.S.K.JAISWAL, J.
