This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 r/w. Section 457 Cr.P.C., is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to release 250 bags of black joggery (each bag containing 50 Kgs) and 50 bags of Alum (each bag containing 50 kgs) seized in Crime No.200 of 2014 of Maripeda Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 34(e) of A.P. Excise Act, 1968 and Section 5 of Gur (Jaggery) Regulation of User Order, 1968, but subsequently, the said property was released.

Therefore, nothing remains for adjudication by this Court in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
