THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.29 of 2018 JUDGMENT:

This appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, is filed challenging the judgment and award dated 23.10.2017 passed in MVOP No.459 of 2015 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal‐ cum‐Judge, Family Court‐cum‐VI Additional District Judge at Khammam. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of the Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal with a liberty to file a fresh appeal. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the relief as sought for, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this miscellaneous appeal, shall stand closed. ____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
