HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR C.R.P.NO.4418 OF 1999 ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader requests two weeks time. Though sufficient time is granted from March, 2016, no interest is evinced to prosecute the case. As seen from the proceeding sheet as many as nine adjournments were granted to the revision petitioner to proceed with the matter only on the request of learned Government Pleader. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any further time.

Accordingly, revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR Dated 22-07-2016 kvrm HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR
