This revision petition is filed under Section 115 CPC assailing the order dated 21.06.2017 passed in E.A.No.132 of 2017 in E.P.No.94 of 2017 in O.S.No.188 of 2014 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
