The petitioner, who was the respondent No.326 in L.G.O.P.No.1083 of 2016, prays for necessary modification of the interim order dated 07.01.2026 passed by this Court.

Considering paragraph 32 of the impugned order dated 26.06.2025 passed by the learned VI Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Kukatpally, in L.G.O.P.No.1083 of 2016 and the interim order dated 07.01.2026 passed by this Court, we deem it fit to modify the interim order dated 07.01.2026 to the extent of suspending the impugned order only insofar as it relates to the observations made in paragraph 32 of the impugned order dated 26.06.2025. The other directions contained in the interim order passed by this Court shall remain unaltered.
