HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.589 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners complain inaction in hearing either the stay application or the appeal filed by them.

I have perused the Memorandum of Grounds and the stay application filed on 31.10.2017.

Keeping in view the urgency stated by petitioners, the writ petition is disposed of by this order.

(a) The 2nd respondent considers and disposes of the stay application filed by petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the date of rec eipt of a copy of this order.

(b) Till the stay application is heard and disposed of, without prejudice to the merits of the c ase pleaded by petitioners and respondents 5 and 6, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on 21.10.2017.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
