This Writ Petition is filed challenging the notice dated 21.06.2013 issued under proceedings No.5-3-510/557/ACP/TPS/C8/GHMC/2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that in identical matter in respect of the same Mulgi bearing No.5-3-551, situated at Topkhana road, Osman Gunj, Hyderabad, this Court disposed of W.P.No.18859 of 2017 on 12.06.2017 and this matter is squarely covered by the said order. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 12.06.2017 in W.P.No.18859 of 2017. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
