CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 126 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, who are A-2 and A-3 in Crime No. 105 of 2017 of Nawabpet Police Station, Vikarabad district, registered for the offences punishable under section 306 of I.P.C.

2. When the matter is listed today, Sri P.Nagendra Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A-3 seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
