THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8898 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in considering and in disposing of the petitioner's representation, dt.28.10.2015, seeking recognition of the petitioner's family as the Founder Trustees of Sri Rukmini Sametha Panduranga Swamy Devasthanam, Amaravathi Village and Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of provisions of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to act upon the said representation, in accordance with law."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.5 stated that the petitioner has already approached the Andhra Pradesh Endowments Tribunal seeking the same relief as prayed in this writ petition. Hence, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition at this stage. 3.
Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
