The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd respondent in rectifying the clerical mistake that has crept in 2013-14 Pahani where under the extent of agricultural land belonging to the petitioner falling in Sy.No.1027/2 was recorded as Ac.3.03 Gts. Instead of Ac.3.23 Gts of Musthabad Village and Mandal, Rajanna Sircilla District as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Section 5 (6) of Telangana Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbook Act, 1971 and violative of the Articles 14, 300A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order(s) as may be deemed fit and proper."
It appears that the petitioner made representation dated 28.9.2018 to the Tahsildar, Musthabad Mandal proper, Rajanna Sircilla district ventilating her grievance and the same is pending consideration.
That being so, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Musthabad Mandal proper, Rajanna Sircilla district, the second respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.9.2018 on its own merits and in accordance with law and take appropriate action thereon. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
