When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner challenged the action of the conciliation officer in not referring the dispute to the appropriate Government, and that the present writ petition has been filed 14 years back, and due to efflux of time, the cause in this writ petition may not survive. 2.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.
