The Assistant Government Pleader (School Education) places on record the letter dated 25-10-2016 addressed by the Special Chief Secretary to Government to the Government Pleader for Education together with a few enclosures.

After perusing the enclosures, this Court is of the view that since the petitioner has already received compensation, the petitioner is not interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
