THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9791 OF 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings No.B/569/2013, dated 22.03.2013 passed by the fourth respondent evicting the first petitioner from the property within his compound wall of an extent of 307 square yards or 309 square meters and the second petitioner from an extent of 204 square yards or 170.5 square meters in T.S.No.1, Block-D, Ward No.9, correlated to Survey No.403 of Shaikpet Village, situated at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that against the impugned order, dated 22.03.2013, the petitioners preferred an Appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Secunderabad Division and obtained interim stay. In view of the pendency of the Appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer, this writ petition has become infructuous. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 01.02.2018 pln
