THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 356 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No. 959 of 2014 of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad.

When the matter is coming up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the latter of Sub-Inspector of Alwal Police Station stating that the final report has been filed in the matter referring the case as civil in nature. In view of the said information furnished by learned Public Prosecutor, nothing left in this quash petition to decide. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
