Heard Sri P. Govindarajulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned standing counsel for TSRTC appearing on behalf of the respondents.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.19843 of 2009 dated 18.09.2018. 3.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike in W.P.No.19843 of 2009, dated 18.09.2018, this Writ Petition is also disposed of setting aside the impugned order dated 24.10.2009 passed by the reviewing authority and the matter is remanded back to the concerned authority to take appropriate decision, in accordance with the Regulations of the Corporation, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
