THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2961 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the unsuccessful petitioners-defendants is directed against the order, dated 07.07.2014, of the learned II Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, passed in IA.no.516 of 2011 in OS.no.4176 of 2005. When the revision is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners-defendants would submit that the cause in the revision petition does not survive for adjudication and that therefore the civil revision petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

The note of the Registry also reflects that the afore-said suit itself was dismissed on 30.03.2017.

In that view of the matter, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the CRP shall stand closed. ____________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 19.09.2017 Vjl
