ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:- "to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not allowing petitioner Nos.1 and 2 for examination of 2nd semester of the 3rd year of Mechanical Engineering Course in respect to the subjects of Heat Transfer and Automobile Engineering to be held on 18.05.2015 and 23.05.2015 on the ground of shortfall of attendance as illegal and arbitrary."

2. As per the Regulations, petitioners shall have minimum attendance of 75% in the classes subject to relaxation of 10% on medical grounds. Petitioners do not have prescribed minimum attendance to write the examination.
