This criminal petition is filed by petitioner - accused, under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.905 of 2015 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 506 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has resorted to fraud by creating a fake and forged community, nativity and date of birth certificates in his name.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
