HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.3626 of 2004 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This appeal, under Section 19 (1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 r/w. Rule 12 of the A.P. Family Courts (High Court) Rules, is filed by the appellant-husband aggrieved by the order and decree dated 09.03.2004 in O.P.No.746 of 2002 passed by the Family Court, Hyderabad, allowing the petition filed by the respondentwife under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Though the appeal is of the year 2004, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.
