Heard before admission the learned counsel for the petitioner and notice to respondent Nos.2 to 4. As the impugned docket order dated 27.02.2017 of the learned Magistrate at the pre-cognizance of the private complaint's filed, once returned it is the duty to represent, thereby, giving liberty to represent the return within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and if at all further to return the learned Magistrate shall hear on Bench and pass an appropriate reasoned order. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
