THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI Criminal Petition No.273 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.319 of 2017 of Aize Police Station, Jogulamba District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that after due investigation into the crime, Police have filed charge sheet on 25.09.2018 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate and the same was numbered as P.R.C.No.12 of 2019.

3. In view of the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
