CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.39223 of 2016 30.11.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of habeas corpus to direct the respondents to produce one Kathiri Satish - son of the petitioner (for short 'the alleged detenu') and set him at liberty. 2.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested and was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate on 15.11.2016 and that therefore, further adjudication of the writ petition is not necessary. 3.

In view of the above facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
