This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/accused for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.92 of 2018 of Bejjanki Police Station, Siddipet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 409 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, having elaborately argued the matter, intends to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
