This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 03.01.2014, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor, passed in I.A.No.1098 of 2012 in O.S.No.168 of 2012.

There is no representation for the petitioner/ plaintiff. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that the trial Court dismissed the suit without costs on 24.06.2015. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
