THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.24 OF 2018 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the order, dated 23.09.2017 in M.P.No.2227 of 2016 in M.C.No.406 of 2016 on the file of the Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge for trial of JHCBBC-cum-Addl Family Court-cum-IX Addl.

Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, wherein interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to each of the respondents 1 and 2 was granted.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the revision with a liberty to work out the remedies available under law.

Granting such liberty, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
