THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO AND THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI F.C.A.No.7 of 2020 AND F.C.A.No.261 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Justice G. Sri Devi) The parties are personally present in the Court and they have been duly identified by their respective counsel. 2.
Both the parties have filed joint memorandum of understanding, inter alia, stating that F.C.A.No.261 of 2019 is filed by the wife against the common judgement passed in O.P.No.121 of 2015 and D.O.P.No.277 of 2015, dated 11.09.2019 and F.C.A.No.7 of 2020 is filed by the husband, on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad. During the pendency of the aforesaid two appeals, both the parties have arrived at an understanding and the same has been reduced into writing and according to which, the husband has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.11,00,000/- to the wife towards full and final settlement. According to the terms of the said memorandum of understanding, the husband has already paid a sum of Rs.7,00,000/-, as per the terms stipulated in clause (7) and the last instalment of Rs.4,00,000/- has been paid today by way of demand draft bearing No.507027, dated 04.10.2021, drawn on ICICI Bank, and handed over the same to the wife, which she acknowledged receipt of the same.

Thus, both the parties have prayed this Court to dispose of both the appeals in terms of memorandum of understanding between the parties.

In view of the same, the appeals are disposed of in terms of the memorandum of understanding between the parties.
